Welcome to Arabia Mountain Vineyard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at arabiamountainvineyard.com (the “Site”), and every reservation, ticket, membership, gift card and purchase you make through it. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
“Arabia Mountain Vineyard,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Arabia Mountain Vineyard, located at 7273 South Goddard Road, Stonecrest, Georgia 30038. “You” means the person using the Site or making a purchase, and anyone attending a visit or event under a reservation you made.
1. Who may use the Site and visit the vineyard
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or reservation on the Site. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests who are 21 or older and who present a valid government-issued photo ID on arrival. We check ID without exception. Guests under 21 are welcome on the property at experiences where the description says so, but may not consume alcohol under any circumstances.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at arabiamountainvineyard@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
2. Reservations, tickets and experiences
Every visit to the vineyard requires an advance reservation. We are open to reserved guests on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 PM to 5 PM, with private weekday visits available by arrangement. We do not accept walk-ins.
When you book an experience or buy an event ticket, you are reserving a specific date, time and number of guests. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but a price you have already paid will not change. Some experiences are priced per guest rather than per group; where that is the case, each member of your party must either hold their own reservation or be included in the group booking a single guest has made. We are not responsible for members of a party who arrive without a reservation.
Tickets and reservations are for the named guest and the guests they have booked for. You may transfer a reservation to someone else by emailing us in advance with the new guest’s name. You may not resell tickets or reservations, or use them for any commercial purpose, without our written permission.
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets or reservations one person may purchase, and to cancel any order that we believe was placed in breach of these Terms.
3. All sales are final
Reservations, tickets, experiences and memberships are non-refundable. Instead of refunds we offer rescheduling as set out below.
- Rescheduling. You may reschedule once, at no charge, if you notify us at least 48 hours before your reserved date and time. Email arabiamountainvineyard@gmail.com with your booking confirmation.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Late arrival. Experiences are paced intentionally, and late arrivals may miss part of the visit. A guest who arrives more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit the reservation without refund.
- Weather. Arabia Mountain Vineyard is an outdoor-first destination. If severe weather makes your visit unsafe or impractical, you may reschedule at no charge to any available date within 60 days, or, for experiences where we offer it, convert your visit to a “Grab & Go” picnic format. We do not issue refunds for weather. Please dress for the outdoors and check the forecast before you come.
- If we cancel. If we cancel an event or experience for any reason other than weather, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or a reschedule.
4. Gift cards and experience credits
Gift cards and experience credits purchased on the Site are redeemable toward purchases with Arabia Mountain Vineyard only. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be used to buy other gift cards. Gift cards do not expire. [CONFIRM: the cards are currently sold with no expiry date printed on them; federal law would in any case require at least five years.] The balance on a gift card cannot be reloaded.
5. Memberships
Membership benefits, pricing and term are described on the membership product page at the time you join. Memberships are personal to the named member, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once the membership term has begun. [CONFIRM: whether either membership renews automatically, and if so how a member cancels renewal. If it does, that must be stated here and at checkout.] We may change membership benefits for future terms with notice; changes will not reduce the benefits of a term you have already paid for.
6. Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 21 and over, only in the amounts and formats described for the experience you booked, and only in accordance with Georgia law. Outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property; every beverage is curated and provided by the vineyard. We will refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, who cannot produce valid ID, or who provides alcohol to someone under 21. Please plan a safe way home.
[CONFIRM: the Site’s footer currently states that Arabia Mountain Vineyard does not sell alcohol. The paid experiences include wine. Whether wine is sold, included, or offered under a specific Georgia license affects how this section and the footer must read. Both must say the same thing.]
7. Conduct on the property
The vineyard sits on working, natural land with uneven ground, rock outcrops, water features, open flame at the fire pits, and wildlife. By visiting, you accept the ordinary risks of being outdoors on such land, and you agree to supervise any minors in your party at all times.
Please treat the land, our staff and your fellow guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse service, or end an experience early, without refund, if a guest’s behavior disrupts the peace or safety of others or damages the property. You are responsible for any damage you or your guests cause.
Pets, drones, outside food and drink (unless the experience says otherwise), amplified music, and smoking outside designated areas are not permitted. [CONFIRM each of these against the vineyard’s actual house rules; delete any that do not apply.]
8. Photography and recordings
We photograph and film our events and experiences. By attending, you consent to appearing in photographs and recordings made by us or on our behalf, and to our use of those images in our marketing, on the Site and on social media, without payment. If you do not want to be photographed, tell a member of staff when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You are welcome to take photographs and video for personal use. Commercial photography or filming on the property requires our advance written permission.
9. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to browse, learn about and book with Arabia Mountain Vineyard. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy its content in bulk, submit false information, or use another person’s payment details without their permission.
Everything on the Site, including text, photographs, video, logos, the Arabia Mountain Vineyard name, and the design of the Site itself, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission, other than to share links to the Site.
10. Payments and third-party services
Payments on the Site are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We use other third-party services to run the Site, deliver email, schedule appointments and measure how the Site is used; our Privacy Policy explains what they receive.
The Site contains links to other websites, including our event partners and sponsors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep event descriptions, availability, prices and hours accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors. If a listed price or description turns out to be wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site and the experiences we offer, other than the specific commitments made in these Terms and in the description of what you purchased.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arabia Mountain Vineyard and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your visit, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to compensate us for any loss, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that results from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or the conduct of you or your guests on the property.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any legal action, you agree to contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after the date they are posted; the Terms in force when you made a purchase continue to apply to that purchase. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Other terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Guest Policies page, and the description of any experience you purchase, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your visit. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
