Guest Policies

Thank you for choosing Arabia Mountain Vineyard. We strive to create an intentional, restorative, and welcoming experience for all of our guests. Please review the following policies prior to your visit.

🌦️ Weather & Rainy Day Policy

Arabia Mountain Vineyard is an outdoor-first destination. In the event of inclement weather, guests may:

• Receive a complimentary reschedule for a future available date within 60 days.
• Elect to convert their experience to a “Grab & Go” picnic format, depending on the experience type.

No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations. We encourage guests to dress appropriately and check the forecast before arrival.

⏳ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• Guests may reschedule once if they notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

🕰️ Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. Experiences are designed with intentional pacing, and late arrivals may miss a portion of their visit.

Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may forfeit their reservation without refund.

🍷 Alcohol & Beverage Policy

• Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Please bring a valid photo ID.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted. All beverages are curated and provided by Arabia Mountain Vineyard.

🚫 Grounds Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or end an experience early if guest behavior disrupts the peace and safety of others or the property.

Please treat our land, staff, and fellow guests with respect at all times.

🧺 Group Bookings

Some experiences are priced per guest, not per group. Please ensure each member of your party:

• Books their own reservation individually, or
• Is included in a group booking made by a single guest.

We are not responsible for incomplete group attendance due to miscommunication among guests.
